I CAN SEE PIXELS
The cellphone photo is the new polaroid. It is raw, pure, intimate, intuitive. We do not longer trust the digital images, but we still trust the cellphone photos, we trust the pixels. Be part of the project right from the start and send your cellphone photos along with your name, the place where you live and your contact data, such as e-mail, web site, flickr account, etc.
to: submit@icanseepixels.com. You also can add a commentary, a text on mobile phone photography or whatever you want.
The first issue will be published in August 2010.
I CAN SEE PIXELS is an online pdf-magazine with and about cellphone photography. It should give professionals, students and amateurs a platform to explore and establish cellphone photography as a new and independent means of expression.

Τhe initials of the words 'Work in Progress' gave wip its name. It’s a digital magazine that hosts unpublished work by various photographers. The photographs don’t necessarily have to constitute a finished series, but they can be parts of a recent or older work in progress. “Stray” photographs can also be included, if the photographer feels they are part of his own work in progress.
